This is a weekly class held at Lychpit Hall in Basingstoke and is my longest running class.
As with all my classes, I fully adapt to the students that are in the room. If you come with a sore back, I will help you find ease. If your knees are feeling creaky, I will make sure that the postures are adapted so that you can take part without hurting yourself.
All you need for this class is a body, a mat and a sense of humour!
I pay particular attention to how students are getting into the postures, as an Iyengar and Scaravelli trained yoga teacher, I provide precise instruction and suggest supports so that you can get the most out of the class. Careful precision is key
Infinite Harmony's ethos is that yoga is available for Every Body and will be adapted to your needs
All classes are explorative and aim to help you find out what feels good in your body in a fun and relaxed way.
Whatever you feel the most comfortable in. Wear clothing that is comfortable to move and stretch in. Materials that breathe and wick away moisture are the most comfortable. Shoes and socks are not worn in class. If you feel uncomfortable without socks then we recommend yoga toe socks which allow you to grip and move your toes properly.
Yes please. We don't have storage facilities. If you don't have a mat for your first session you could use a folded towel. Once you are committed to regular yoga it would be wise to purchase your own mat - Vicky can help you source one.
Always make sure that Vicky is aware, before the class, of any injuries or issues so that she can make accommodations in the class. It is important to let Vicky know of any changes since the initial medical forms were completed. Unfortunately the schedules yoga classes are not appropriate during pregnancy.
Please arrive 5 minutes before class starts so that you can set up and class can commence on time.
