What you can expect

Over the course of our sessions, you will:

  • Take stock of where you are now – understanding the different areas of your life and where you’d like more balance.
  • Recognise your strengths – building on your skills, experiences, and passions.
  • Define your direction – clarifying your values, vision, and personal goals.
  • Explore what success means to you – and create a plan for how to get there.
  • Strengthen your wellbeing – with practical tools and habits to support your energy and resilience.
  • Feel supported and encouraged – with a clear path for the next stage of your journey.

The six-session journey

  • Session 1 (90 mins): Exploring your current balance and identifying your priorities
  • Session 2 (90 mins): Recognising your strengths and what energises you
  • Session 3 (60 mins): Clarifying your values, mission, and future vision
  • Session 4 (60 mins): Defining success and creating a practical plan
  • Session 5 (60 mins): Building support systems and wellbeing practices
  • Session 6 (90 mins): Drawing everything together and setting your next steps

Session timings can be switched depending on requirements.

Coaching Programme Options

Standard Package – £595

Ideal if you’re ready to commit to real personal growth.

  • 6 one-to-one coaching sessions (3 × 90 mins + 3 × 60 mins)
  • Personalised worksheets and reflection tools
  • Tailored plan to guide your next steps
  • Email check-in support between sessions

Enhanced Package – £795

Perfect if you’d like extra accountability and continued guidance. Includes everything in the Standard Package, plus:

  • 2 Additional 60 minute sessions
  • Additional 30-minute follow-up call (1–2 months after programme ends)
  • Extended email support for 3 months after completion

Prefer a shorter or more flexible approach?

One-to-One Coaching Sessions

Not everyone wants or needs a full programme - sometimes a focused session or two is just the right place to start. I offer individual coaching sessions where you can bring whatever is most important to you right now.

60-Minute Session – £85

A focused one-hour session to:

  • Explore a specific challenge or decision
  • Gain clarity on your next steps
  • Leave with a clear action you can take straight away

90-Minute Session – £125

A deeper dive with more space to:

  • Explore complex themes or multiple areas of your life
  • Work with tools and exercises in real time
  • Leave with clarity and a practical plan you can build on

Many clients choose to book a single session first to get a feel for the process, and then decide whether they’d like to continue with a structured programme.
