This programme is designed to help you create meaningful progress over time, with the opportunity to reflect, take action, review what is working, and build momentum between sessions.

Standard Coaching Programme

  • Six personalised one-to-one coaching sessions
  • A combination of 90-minute and 60-minute appointments
  • Personalised worksheets and reflection tools

  • Email support between sessions

Most clients complete the programme over approximately 3 to 6 months.

Enhanced Coaching Programme

Ideal if you'd like additional support and accountability.

Includes everything in the Standard Programme, plus:

  • Two additional 60-minute coaching sessions
  • One 30-minute follow-up session after programme completion
  • Extended email support for three months

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a specific problem to work with a coach?

No. Many people come to coaching because they feel stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain about what comes next, rather than because they have one clearly defined issue.

Is coaching the same as counselling?

No. Coaching focuses on helping you move forward, identify goals and create practical changes. It is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy or mental health treatment.

Can coaching support health-related challenges?

Coaching can help you explore how health challenges are affecting your life, priorities and wellbeing. However, it is different from Yoga Therapy, which specifically addresses health conditions and symptoms.

How often do sessions take place?

Most clients meet every two to four weeks, depending on their goals and circumstances.

Can sessions take place online?

Yes. Coaching is available both online and in person.
