Sometimes wellbeing is not just about one thing.
You might be feeling stressed, stuck, tired, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself. You may also be living with pain, tension, poor sleep, a health condition or a body that does not feel as comfortable as it used to.
Integrated Wellbeing Therapy brings together wellbeing coaching and Yoga Therapy in one personalised approach, helping you explore what is happening, support your body and create realistic changes that fit into everyday life.
Integrated Wellbeing Therapy may be helpful if your physical health, emotional wellbeing and lifestyle all feel connected.
You may benefit from this approach if you are:
You do not need any previous yoga experience.
Wellbeing Coaching helps you explore your thoughts, habits, choices and goals.
Yoga Therapy helps you work with the body through movement, breath, relaxation and therapeutic practices.
Integrated Wellbeing Therapy brings both together.
This means we can explore what is going on in your life, while also working with the physical and emotional patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing.
Your session may include:
Each session is shaped around what you need on the day. Sometimes the focus may be more coaching-based. Sometimes it may be more physical or restorative. Often, it will be a thoughtful combination of both.
We begin by exploring what is happening for you, what matters most and what may be getting in the way of your wellbeing.
Using coaching, Yoga Therapy and therapeutic practices, we work with both body and mind in a way that feels accessible and appropriate for you.
We turn insight into realistic action, creating simple practices and changes that you can take into your daily life.
Your first session is a 90-minute Initial Assessment & Wellbeing Plan.
This gives us time to explore what is bringing you to the session, understand your goals and begin identifying the most appropriate way forward. We may include coaching, movement, breathwork, relaxation or other therapeutic practices depending on your needs.
Follow-up sessions are 75 minutes.
These sessions give us enough time to check in, explore what has changed, work therapeutically and agree practical next steps.
You will usually leave with a personalised wellbeing practice or plan to support you between sessions.

I was referred to Vicky when I was struggling with ongoing back and hip pain. I knew I needed to move more, but between the pain and a busy job, I had fallen into a cycle of doing very little movement. I initially started yoga therapy with Vicky, but as we worked together, it became clear that much of my pain was connected to deeper emotional factors, and I wasn’t in the best headspace. Vicky’s kindness, flexibility, calm approach, and depth of knowledge made such a difference. She not only supported me physically but also gave me tools to ground myself and gently helped me recognise that there was more going on beneath the surface. I’m incredibly grateful for the journey of discovery I’ve been on since meeting Vicky. Without her support, I don’t think I would have uncovered the root causes of my challenges. I would highly recommend Vicky to anyone looking for a truly compassionate and insightful therapist.
