Vicky's Yoga class is the perfect way to start my Sunday. All around workout & stretch for all abilities. Vicky is a calm and patient instructor who is keen for everyone to progress. Atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious so we also have a laugh together! Great way to work out all the kinks & creakiness as well as stress after the work week.
The tools provided were so varied that I can easily fit one it to what's needed. This has helped physically and emotionally. The course had a great sense of community.
Love Vicky’s yoga been doing it a year now and love it more flexible and helped masses doing chair yoga when I was recovering from hamstring injury! Highly recommend - good fun!
I loved it - from the quality of the workshop, kindness from the teachers, and lovely company and atmosphere.
I really appreciated the way in which Vicky took the time to listen and understand the triggers for my anxiety and in each session she customised the therapy to meet my needs. Subsequently, I have used some the strategies she suggested for my toolkit to manage specific flareups.
I have found Yoga Therapy to be a worthwhile experience both physically and mentally. I was not sure what to expect from the sessions and was a little sceptical about the “fluffier” sides of yoga, but every session was a benefit to me. Vicky was very good at talking through the sessions and what the benefits were and how the yoga practice would help me in different ways. I would thoroughly recommend Vicky and yoga therapy to other people.
I have love it all and very much appreciate the info we've been sent each week which we can refer to in the future and use to learn more.

Vicky is an amazing yoga teacher! She ensures that everyone feels included, regardless of ability. As a yoga novice, I’m really pleased with the difference it is making to my flexibility and strength.
Vicky ran a wonderful session with a group of tired teachers. Everyone loved the session, learnt a lot and felt incredibly relaxed. Vicky is excellent at leading yoga and ensuring it is inclusive for all. We had great fun too!
I loved the effort put into making it as relaxing as possible, the chocolate drinks, incense, lights & oils. Wonderful!
My work with Vicky has hugely increased my awareness of the impact of my foot pain on the rest of my body, and has also given me tools I can use to address other physical issues that have arisen as a result of this, including shoulder pain, hip pain and general backache. Vicky's approach was kind and sympathetic, but we were there to do a job, setting clear goals and expectations and follow up. I can't thank her enough for helping me through a challenging time and look forward to continuing to work with her in the future.
I was nervous about attending as I was new to yoga but felt welcomed and assured I would be ok. I really enjoyed taking a whole day for myself with some lovely people.

I am much more self aware and know that little changes can make a difference. I have a better sense of calmness.
I am calmer, less overwhelmed and can recognise dysregulation before it becomes problematic.
The whole atmosphere was warm and comforting and safe. I loved trying the different cacaos. And the fresh fruit was delicious thank you! And the candles and sparkly lights were beautiful.
It was a well organised, calm, relaxing day , great food , fantastic location, inclusive for all levels.
I feel like I am less affected personally by stresses at work. I have enjoyed being able to take time for myself without the guilt. This course provided a weekly pick-me-up.
I started yoga about 2 months ago. I have arthritis in my hips and I'm extremely stiff and achy most of the time. I try to remain active with regular exercise classes during the week. I started yoga to complement my existing routine and can positively say that, even though done only 2 months, I can feel the difference. Physically I'm less achy and I'm also understanding the connection between (para)sympathetic nervous system and general wellbeing. Vicky is hugely knowledgeable and even though classes are full, she is able to make classes personal and individual.
The class is a bit of a social occasion with many turning up on a weekly basis, and is taught in a moderately gentle manner allowing each person to stretch as much as they are able. I know that over time I have been able to do more and find the experience useful both for physical and mental health.
A great yoga class! Vicky includes a mixture of yoga poses to suit all abilities. I love attempting the more challenging poses knowing that Vicky will guide and support me. The relaxation at the end finishes the session off perfectly. I wish I could do this class every morning as it really sets me up for the day.
I really enjoyed the six week course. I see yoga in a completely different way. I really do feel like I have a toolkit when I'm feeling stressed.
The event was well organised and well hosted. An enjoyable day with a good balance between yoga and art.
A super start to Sunday mornings! Vickys friendly yet professional manner makes you feel welcome whether a complete beginner or experienced and therefore you are able to develop whatever your skill level. Vicky is keen to make sure the moves are performed correctly but does it in a way that makes you feel at ease. I'd certainly recommend her classes to anyone.
Vicky's yoga classes are brilliant - I love going each week! She finds out what your needs are before the class and ensures the yoga positions are carried out correctly in a way that makes you feel at ease. Vicky has helped me to become more flexible, which has made me feel younger - a big plus in my books! 😁 Also the classes are great fun and we manage to have a good laugh each week. If you're looking for a yoga class then I highly recommend Vicky's 🧘♀️🧘♂️
I always enjoy the classes wth Vicky because she takes the time to explain what you are doing and why - what benefits you will get from the postures. We also have fun which always makes for a very inclusive session - we’re all in it together even if you’re going at your own pace. Vicky caters for all levels and adapts the postures to suit. I really enjoy my yoga classes with her.
Brilliant yoga class. Vicky makes sure everyone works at their pace and level, and will come round and adjust or suggest different ways to achieve the pose. She always checks in with everyone and makes suggestions so that everyone can take part. Great fun and the class is often filled with laughter as well as the occasional groan 🤣😂 but I always feel relaxed, energised and stretched and my posture has definitely improved.
