What to Expect

Every session is different, but may include:

  • Gentle Therapeutic Movement - Simple, accessible movement to ease stiffness, release tension and help the body begin to settle.
  • Breathwork and Relaxation - Breathing practices designed to encourage calm, comfort and presence.
  • Thai Yoga Therapy - Clothed, hands-on bodywork using stretches, pressure and supported movement to help ease areas of tension and discomfort.
  • Personalised Aromatherapy - A bespoke blend created specifically for you and applied during the session to hands and feet. You'll also take the remaining blend home to continue using afterwards.
  • Supported Rest - Time to pause, settle and allow your body to absorb the benefits of the session.
  • Tailored Yoga Nidra - A guided deep relaxation practice designed around your individual needs, helping you access profound rest and restoration.

You remain fully clothed throughout the session.

Everything is provided, including mats, bolsters, blankets and cushions to ensure your comfort.

Do I need any yoga experience?

No. The session is completely tailored to you and suitable for complete beginners.

Will I need to do much movement?

Not necessarily. The amount of movement is adapted to your needs, comfort and energy levels on the day.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing that allows you to move and relax easily. You remain fully clothed throughout.

Is this a massage?

The session includes elements of Thai Yoga Therapy, which is a clothed, hands-on therapy using supported stretches, gentle pressure and movement. It is different from a traditional massage.

How many sessions will I need?
