A personalised one-to-one therapeutic session combining gentle yoga movement, breathwork, clothed Thai yoga massage, tailored aromatherapy, and yoga nidra.

Designed to help your body release tension and support your nervous system to settle, this is a calm, guided experience that brings together elements of yoga therapy, hands-on support, and deep rest.

Everything is thoughtfully prepared in advance and adapted to you on the day.

There is nothing to perform, nothing to get right. Just space to soften, release, and be supported.

Before your session

To make the session as effective and personalised as possible, we begin with a short phone consultation ahead of your appointment.

This allows us to:

  • Explore what’s currently going on for you
  • Identify any areas of tension, pain, or concern
  • Prepare a tailored aromatherapy blend to support your needs
  • Shape the focus of the session, including the yoga nidra

This preparation is a key part of the process and helps the session feel joined-up and considered from the moment you arrive.

What to expect

Each session is shaped around you, but may include:

  • Gentle, therapeutic movement and breath to ease the body and settle the nervous system
  • Clothed Thai yoga massage, with more focused work where needed to support areas of tension or discomfort
  • Application of your pre-blended aromatherapy oil to hands and feet, supporting relaxation and ongoing use at home
  • Supported rest, allowing the body to fully settle
  • A guided yoga nidra, personalised to your needs, offering a deep and restorative reset

You remain fully clothed throughout the session.

The session unfolds slowly and responsively, with space for your body to guide the pace.

You’ll be fully supported with props, blankets, and a calm, quiet environment throughout.
