At the heart of the day is a bespoke Aroma Yoga experience led by Vicky Glanville-Watson - Yoga Therapist, Aromatherapist, and Wellbeing Coach. This sensory-led session weaves aromatherapy rituals, mindful movement, guided self-massage, grounding breathwork, and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra journey, all centred around the theme of being fully present.

Our 6-Session Therapeutic Yoga Course is designed to help you reclaim ease in your body and mind through gentle, evidence-based yoga practices.

A luscious 2 hour evening retreat that includes gentle yoga, candles, yoga Nidra, meditation and breathwork. This nurturing session will leave you feeling relaxed, regenerated and calm. At the end of the class we will share a warming drink and have time to chat with your fellow yogis - a perfectly hygge class for the mind, body and soull
