All classes at Infinite Harmony are designed to be supportive, accessible and non-performative. You don’t need to be flexible, experienced or have the “right” kit, just a willingness to move and explore.
There's no need to touch your toes or even worry about where they are! This is a space for real people, with real bodies, moving in ways that feel manageable and helpful - without pressure to look a certain way or achieve a particular shape. The focus is simply on helping you move a little more freely and feel more at ease.
This is yoga for everybody
Each class offers a different way to practise yoga. Some are slower and more calming, others a little more energising. Some take place fully on the chair, while others include standing and mat-based movement.
There isn’t a “right” choice - simply the one that feels most suited to your body, your energy levels and what you need at the moment.
You may also find that different classes suit you at different times, and it’s perfectly natural to move between them.
If in doubt, start with the class that feels most comfortable and you can always explore others as you go.

Whatever you feel the most comfortable in. Wear clothing that is comfortable to move and stretch in. Materials that breathe and wick away moisture are the most comfortable. Shoes and socks are not worn in class. If you feel uncomfortable without socks then we recommend yoga toe socks which allow you to grip and move your toes properly.
Yes please. We don't have storage facilities. If you don't have a mat for your first session you could use a folded towel. Once you are committed to regular yoga it would be wise to purchase your own mat - Vicky can help you source one.
Always make sure that Vicky is aware, before the class, of any injuries or issues so that she can make accommodations in the class. It is important to let Vicky know of any changes since the initial medical forms were completed. Unfortunately the schedules yoga classes are not appropriate during pregnancy.
Please arrive 5 minutes before class starts so that you can set up and class can commence on time.
