Bespoke Yoga Nidra is a deeply personal one-to-one experience, thoughtfully designed around your life, your wellbeing and what matters most to you.
Unlike a group Yoga Nidra or a pre-recorded practice, every session begins with understanding your story. Together we'll explore what is happening in your life, what you'd like support with and the intentions you'd like your practice to hold. Using this information, I'll create a unique Yoga Nidra especially for you.
Whether you're experiencing stress, anxiety, poor sleep, fatigue, burnout or simply longing for space to breathe, each journey is individually written to provide a deeply personal experience that you can return to again and again through your own recording.

Before your session, you'll complete a wellbeing questionnaire, giving you the opportunity to share what's happening in your life, what you'd like support with and any places, memories, imagery or themes that feel meaningful to you.
Where appropriate, we'll also arrange a short telephone conversation to explore your responses further and ensure I have everything I need before creating your Yoga Nidra.
Drawing on everything you've shared, I'll carefully write a unique Yoga Nidra that reflects your individual circumstances and intentions.
Rather than following a standard script, every journey is thoughtfully created to provide a deeply personal experience that supports you exactly where you are.
Following your session, you'll receive a recording of your Bespoke Yoga Nidra, allowing you to revisit the practice whenever you need it.

Your appointment lasts approximately 75 minutes.
We'll begin by exploring how you've been feeling and revisiting the intentions behind your Yoga Nidra.
Following a short settling practice and breath awareness exercise, you'll be guided through the Yoga Nidra that has been created especially for you.
Afterwards, there'll be time to reflect on your experience before discussing how you can continue using your recording as part of your ongoing wellbeing practice.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax completely. You'll remain fully clothed throughout the session.
