Wellness at Work

Wellness at Work - Corporate Yoga & Wellbeing

Modern working life can be full-on with everyone working long hours to tight deadlines, endless emails and the pressure to always be “on.” Whether your staff are based in the office, working remotely, or somewhere in between, it’s easy for stress and fatigue to take hold.

Wellness at Work from Infinite Harmony offers simple, restorative ways to bring balance back; helping individuals and teams feel grounded, energised and supported throughout the working week.

When people feel well, everything flows better. Productivity rises, morale improves and the workplace becomes a calmer, kinder place to be.

Why Workplace Wellbeing Matters

Benefits for the Business

  • Improved productivity and focus - Clearer minds make better decisions and work more efficiently.
  • Reduced absenteeism and burnout - Regular wellbeing sessions support physical and mental health.
  • Higher staff morale and retention - When people feel cared for, they’re more engaged and loyal.
  • A stronger, more positive culture - Shared wellbeing practices help teams feel connected and valued.
  • Enhanced creativity and innovation - Calm, balanced energy encourages fresh thinking and collaboration.

Benefits for the Individual

  • Eases tension and relieves stress - Gentle movement, breathwork and relaxation reset the nervous system.
  • Improves posture and mobility - Counteracts hours of sitting and screen time.
  • Boosts energy and concentration - Movement and mindfulness prevent the mid-afternoon slump.
  • Supports better sleep and recovery - Regular relaxation makes it easier to rest and recharge.
  • Encourages self-awareness and balance - Helping people feel more resilient and centred day-to-day.

A well workplace is a thriving workplace, for everyone.

About Infinite Harmony

At Infinite Harmony, I bring together yoga, wellbeing coaching and aromatherapy to help people reconnect with calm, clarity and vitality. I have a team of associates who can bring additional services to your business as needed. From nutrition to on-site massage and breathwork to therapy, we've got you covered.

Wellbeing doesn’t need to be complicated, it simply needs to be consistent and accessible. My approach is warm, inclusive and adaptable, so every person, whatever their ability or experience, can take part and benefit.

Over the years, I’ve worked with schools, charities, creative teams and corporate organisations to make wellbeing part of daily working life, not just a once-a-year wellness day (although we can help there too!)

What could your Wellness at Work programme look like?

Each workplace is unique, so every Wellness at Work programme is designed around your people, your environment and your goals. Here are some suggestions:

Amy

Vicky ran a wonderful session with a group of tired teachers. Everyone loved the session, learnt a lot and felt incredibly relaxed. Vicky is excellent at leading yoga and ensuring it is inclusive for all. We had great fun too!

For anyone who thinks their company may be interested....I can highly recommend Vicky’s corporate sessions, and who can resist a lunchtime down dog

Sue, MH manager

We decided it’s a great thing for wellbeing and mental health in general. My normal approach is to go out and do a run at lunchtime but that’s not for everyone so we thought yoga brings relaxation into the office. We were surprised how many people decided to do it. It proved really popular at RSM, and as an employer, we take mental health seriously.
