I am really excited to announce that I am starting a new yoga class at The Open Practice in September.
Starting on the 4th September, this hour long class will be held weekly on Thursday evenings from 19.30 and will be a hatha yoga based class. Always adaptive and tailored to attendees needs and differing bodies, this class will give your a good stretch, provide moments of meditation and relaxation, just in time for the (almost) weekend.
